Prior to joining SNS, Mark held the position of Director, Marketing and Partnerships at the Council of Better Business Bureaus in Arlington, Virginia. His vast marketing and advertising experience also includes 20 years at RMR & Associates in Rockville, Maryland – most recently as Vice President – overseeing profitability, client retention and marketing program development.
